We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors as needed. Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with health and safety regulations. Support the kitchen team during busy periods by assisting with basic food handling tasks. Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food service and sanitation.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. A background in hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
