Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash regularly. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including washing vegetables and organizing ingredients. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Support the kitchen staff during busy periods by helping with basic cooking tasks. Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and sanitation practices. Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with food service operations, including food handling and preparation techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong cleaning skills with a focus on hygiene and sanitation standards. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration in a busy kitchen environment. Pay: $17.51 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
