We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment after use. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure proper disposal of waste. Support kitchen staff by keeping work areas organized and free of clutter. Assist with basic food preparation tasks and help organize storage areas as needed. Work closely with the head chef and kitchen team, providing support beyond dishwashing when required. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Experience in food preparation or cooking is beneficial for understanding kitchen operations. Background in hospitality or hotel environments can enhance teamwork skills within the kitchen. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

12:00 pm to around 8:30 pm

(with the possibility of working later on busy days). A

30-minute unpaid break

is provided during the shift.
