We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste. Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed. Ensure all items are properly stored after cleaning to maintain an organized workspace. Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are low. Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail to ensure all items are thoroughly cleaned. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with kitchen staff. Basic knowledge of food handling and safety practices is an asset. A willingness to help others and contribute positively to the team dynamic in a hospitality setting.
