Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation and ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas. Responsibilities: - Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats - Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff - Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans - Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures - Assist with receiving and storing food supplies - Help with inventory management and stock rotation - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen Skills: - Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen preferred - Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
