We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Duties

Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash as needed. Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the culinary team to ensure timely service. Support banquet operations by efficiently cleaning and organizing serving equipment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak service times. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in catering events by assisting with setup, serving, and breakdown of food stations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Ability to perform basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients. Experience in bussing tables or serving is a plus, especially in banquet or catering environments. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
