Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are properly sanitized and ready for use. Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality settings is a plus but not required. Duties

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of cleaned items Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ingredients Support kitchen staff by providing clean dishes promptly to facilitate efficient food service Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation standards Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning agents in the dishwashing area Assist with general kitchen cleaning duties to uphold hygiene standards

Requirements

Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to work effectively within a team environment Flexibility to work during busy hours, including evenings or weekends if required Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation processes is advantageous
