Ensure the cleanliness and proper sanitation of all dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas to support smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
Clear and reset tables: Remove dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils, then clean and prepare tables for the next customers.
Restock and maintain: Replenish supplies at side stations, including linens, silverware, and condiments.
Support waitstaff by delivering food and drinks, refilling water glasses, and performing other tasks as needed.
weep and mop floors, clean up spills, and help keep dining areas, restrooms, and service areas tidy.
Support other staff: Assist kitchen staff by helping with tasks like boxing to-go orders and taking out trash.
Perform basic duties: Polishing silverware, cleaning glasses, placing them back where they belong
Washing and sanitizing: Wash, dry, and store all dishes, glassware, and cutlery in an efficient and safe manner according to health and safety procedures.
Required Skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good physical stamina (standing, lifting, moving equipment).
Strong sense of hygiene and attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and respect cleaning procedures.
Team spirit and good communication with kitchen staff.

Experience in a similar role is an asset.
Knowledge of basic food safety standards.
