We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing excellent service to our guests.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using appropriate cleaning methods. Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors as needed. Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff. Help organize and restock kitchen supplies to ensure smooth operations. Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean work environment at all times. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling and preparation practices is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented atmosphere within a busy kitchen setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic hospitality environment.
