We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are washed and sanitized efficiently. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing excellent service in our restaurant or hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using appropriate cleaning methods. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and equipment. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting cooks and kitchen staff. Ensure that all food handling and safety standards are followed. Help organize and store clean dishes and kitchen supplies in designated areas. Dispose of waste properly and maintain recycling practices within the kitchen. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen as needed. A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
