Summary



As a Disaster Restoration Cleaning Technician, you will be essential in restoring properties affected by disasters through effective cleaning and restoration techniques. Reporting to the Restoration Manager, you will utilize your core skills in cleaning, hand tools, and power tools to ensure thorough demo and restoration of affected areas. Your Class 5 License will enable you to operate vehicles for transporting equipment and materials. By applying your expertise in restoration, you will help clients recover from challenging situations, contributing to their peace of mind and the overall success of our restoration efforts.

Duties



-Perform assigned cleaning, demo & emergency services carefully, promptly, and efficiently

-Assist Crew Leader/Project Manager with any additional cleaning/restoration duties as directed

-Arrive at the office as per the scheduled time(s) to prepare for daily appointments

-Handle and maintain equipment, supplies, vehicles and products assigned and report any equipment malfunction promptly to the Production Manager

-Arrive to work sites/customer homes on a timely basis and report any changes to schedule immediately to the Crew Chief/Lead Technician

-Report any customer problem or any damage to customers property the same day in which it occurred the Crew Chief/Lead Technician

-Complete daily time card in accordance to policies and procedures

-Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned vehicle

-Perform regular maintenance on equipment used including truck mount and portable use equipment

-Prepare truck with materials and equipment for use the following day

-Develop and maintain skills in cleaning and restoration services with a focus on high quality production

-Perform service as requested in the warehouse and office facilities

-Attend training workshops as required for the production team

-Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all client facing activities

-Establish positive rapport with clients when possible

-Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client

-Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies

-Adherence to all company workplace policies

-Perform other duties as may be required

MUST HAVE A VALID CLASS 5 DRIVERS' LICENSE.



2 DAY ASBESTOS COURSE CERTIFICATION WOULD BE AN ASSET BUT NOT REQUIRED.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
