We're looking for a Day Program Caregiver who's ready to dive in, take initiative, and bring excitement to each day for the incredible individuals we support.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting participants in daily life skills, recreation, and social activities, everything from cooking and crafts to community outings and dance parties Encouraging independence and cheering on achievements; big and small. Creating a safe, fun, and welcoming space where everyone feels included. Working as part of a team to plan activities, solve challenges, and bring fresh ideas to the table. Providing personal care and support when needed (with respect, dignity, and compassion at the heart of everything).
What We're Looking For:

Someone lively, positive, and ready to jump in with both feet. A natural leader who takes initiative, not just waiting for instructions but making things happen. Flexible and creative, you're not thrown off when plans change, you roll with it! A team player with a sense of humor (bonus points if you're the first to start the conga line).
Requirements:

Ability to engage with adults with developmental disabilities in a supportive, respectful way. Comfortable assisting with personal care when needed. Must be reliable and able to work weekdays, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM. CPR/First Aid and WHMIS are assets (or willingness to complete). Valid driver's license is a plus!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
