We're seeking a dynamic and strategic clinical leader to deploy, scale, and evolve the global wellness strategy within Trust & Safety at Concentrix.
As the Trust & Safety Global Wellness Leader, you'll shape the operational strategy and framework that supports the mental health, resilience, and overall wellbeing of our workforce across multiple regions. You will partner closely with senior executives, operational leaders, and psychological health professionals to deliver a best-in-class support model that ensures our people can perform sustainably in a high-impact environment.
This role demands a rare mix of operational excellence, empathetic leadership, and data-driven decision-making. You'll be responsible for translating global wellbeing ambitions into actionable delivery plans across regions, ensuring consistency, scalability, and measurable impact. You'll play a pivotal role in creating an environment where employees who protect our online community can thrive: mentally, emotionally and professionally.
In this role you will be a subject matter expert and able to provide thought leadership in the areas of psychological health, wellbeing engagement and overall employee health in the workplace. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to create effective strategies and action plans that raise awareness, educate and drive employee wellbeing, enhance mental health and keep people engaged. Close collaboration will be required with leaders throughout the organization to identify areas of opportunity in hiring, training, and policy, among others.
