Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Director in Pharmacy to work in partnership with Business owner. Working with integrated healthcare multispecialty affiliated to recognized University in GTA to join our healthcare team. As a Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in patient care, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications while utilizing your knowledge of medical terminology. Great opportunity in a middle of Brampton city.
Responsibilities:

- Review and interpret physicians' orders
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and patients
- Monitor patient drug therapies for interactions, contraindications, and side effects
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles

Requirements:

-Bachelor's of Pharmacy (Pharm.B.) & (Pharm.D )degree
- Active pharmacist license in the state of practice
- Experience in an acute care or hospital pharmacy setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of medication therapy management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Pay: $45.00-$60.00 per hour
