Reporting to the Senior Director, Digital & Direct Marketing, the Director, Direct & Integrated Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving transformational change within CRC's direct mail, integrated marketing and stewardship programs. The Director will provide leadership and deep knowledge to optimize large, complex programs designed for revenue generation. While building on a strong base of supporters, the organization seeks to optimize our mass marketing efforts to grow unrestricted revenue. An important part of this growth will come from working collaboratively with the Director-Digital & Sustainer Marketing and Senior Lead-Sustainer Giving to drive innovation and move towards an audience-first approach across all channels.
The incumbent will also provide support to the broader Philanthropy team by developing Direct Marketing campaigns for Planned Giving to generate leads, as well as working with the Corporate team to engage their partners in marketing campaigns. As a member of the Philanthropy & Marketing Leadership team and by working in collaboration with colleagues across the organization, the Director will deliver best in class programs to drive growth.
