The focus of the Klick Transformation team is defining how, when, and where a company should leverage innovation, data and technology across the product commercialization journey to connect with customers and drive business outcomes.
We advise our clients on key elements of their strategy, organizational structure, capabilities, technology and data solutions. We see this as a team sport, so we frequently orchestrate the involvement of a broad range of in-house subject matter experts and crafts to maximize business results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

    • Set the strategic vision
    • Partner with Growth across new types of initiatives, complex solutions, capabilities and services
    • Build relationships across stakeholder groups
    • Lead engagements as the connector and quarterback ensuring the best of Klick collaborates to grow our business
    • Partner with crafts and clients to solve business challenges and recommend solutions
    • Exhibit thought leadership by authoring POV documents related to industry trends


Experience & Attributes:

    • University degree, with a focus in business or science
    • 10+ years of experience in a digitally-oriented marketing role, preferably with an agency or consultancy
    • Gap: Need a person with Content Management System (CMS) experience
    • Intellectual curiosity, flexibility and problem solving
    • Comfortable with ambiguity
    • Ability to clearly define the business challenge or problem to be solved
    • Strong communication and presentation skills


Must Haves?

    • Healthcare/ Lifesciences or Pharmaceutical domain experience is mandatory
    • Marketing technology experience
    • Marketing services Experience
    • Demonstrated experience on the partner side
