THE TEAM

The mission of the Sustainability Department is to drive responsible and sustainable product and operations to deliver value for people, the planet, and Aritzia.

Aritzia is growing and our Reporting and Integration team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for championing the impactful internal and external disclosure and reporting on Aritzia\xe2\x80\x99s people and planet performance. You will play a pivotal role in demonstrating the value of Community initiatives to the business and external stakeholders and identifying opportunities for the business to improve Community practices and performance. THE ROLE

As the Director, Sustainability, Reporting and Integration, you will lead the team to:

• Define and deliver Aritzia\xe2\x80\x99s reporting and integration ambition.
• Identify and prioritize relevant and accurate Community information to maintain an up-to-date internal & external understanding.
• Stay up to date on Community related industry developments, tools, and best practices.
• Meet regulatory reporting requirements and stakeholder disclosure expectations while minimizing Aritzia\xe2\x80\x99s exposure.
• Provide or guide iterative input that will drive successful communication of Community across all channels.
• Proactively and reactively manage the success of the community communication execution.
• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Director, Sustainability, Reporting and Integration, has:

• Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, experience working with Business Intelligence, Product Lifecycle Management, and Enterprise Resource Planning tools preferred
• Using industry and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting frameworks
• Managing or implementing external assurance processes
• Progressive Social and Environmental Impact performance measurement and reporting
• A commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Aritzia\'s Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes.
• The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team.
• A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value.
