Position Summary:


The Director, Strategic Partnerships is tasked with developing, managing, and scaling partnerships that align with the company's strategic goals. This role focuses on creating synergistic relationships that enhance product offerings, expand market reach, and drive revenue growth through collaborative efforts.

What you will be doing:

Partnership Development:

• Craft partnership proposals that outline mutual benefits, shared objectives, and integration plans.
• Identify, initiate, and manage strategic partnerships with technology providers, resellers, or integrators to enhance product offerings or market reach.
• Work on co-marketing opportunities, product integration, or referral agreements.
• Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, managing ongoing communications and fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring terms meet both parties' strategic and operational needs.

Program Execution:

• Oversee the integration of partner solutions with company products or services, working closely with product management, engineering, and sales teams.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to evaluate partnership performance, impact on business goals, and ROI.
• Regularly review partnership activities, providing reports to senior management on successes, challenges, and future opportunities.
• Continuously explore new partnership models and opportunities that align with evolving market and company strategies.
• Facilitate innovation through partnerships by engaging in thought leadership, attending industry events, and participating in strategic planning sessions.
• Coordinate with various internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Product) to ensure alignment on partnership initiatives.
• Act as an advocate for partners within the organization, ensuring their needs are understood and met.

You have:

• Training, certifications, and degrees showing continuous learning and a growth mindset.
• 3 or more years in a marketing, partner/alliance, or BD role, preferably in technology or Cyber Security.
• Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and presentation software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with a vision for how partnerships can drive business success.
• Proactive, self-starter attitude with a focus on results and business growth.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners, attend industry conferences, and engage in strategic meetings.



The salary offered for this position falls within a specified salary range and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific needs of the organization.
