We are seeking an experienced
Director / Senior Tax Manager
with extensive expertise in private company taxation and a proven ability to manage complex planning strategies.In this leadership role, you will:
Oversee and mentor a team of
15 tax professionals
Drive technical excellence across engagements Contribute to the continued success of a highly respected public practice firmKey Requirements
CPA designation (
mandatory
)Completion of the
CICA In-Depth Tax Program
(mandatory for senior-level tax planning roles)10+ years of experience
in public accounting, focused on Canadian private company taxationStrong leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing tax staff
Proven ability to provide constructive performance feedback and drive team success
Previous experience as a
Manager or Senior Manager
in a public accounting firmProficiency in
CaseWare, CaseView, and Taxprep
Skilled at coordinating and reviewing
complex tax projects
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$130,000 - $160,000 CAD
Bonus:
Performance-based
