Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the development and oversight of the leaders and team members accountable for sales in the markets in South and South-Western Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Fort McMurray, AB. This will include both increasing share of wallet with existing customers and acquiring new customers.
The role will be accountable for driving speed to revenue and productivity improvements and will work very closely with the other members of the GCAN leadership team to ensure that the company achieves it targets. The Director's success is measured by profitable sales growth. This role must lead with enterprise thinking and drive collaboration with all functions.
This is a remote position based in Ontario. Preference will be given to candidates located in the Greater Toronto Area
