We're looking for a Director of Sales Enablement to help drive the growth of Client Advisory Services (CAS)-a newly launched sales organization focused on strengthening client relationships at Canada Life. This role will focus on Pinnacle and the Financial Solutions Centre, two critical pillars of our strategy of becoming a leading Wealth player.
You'll lead a team dedicated to enabling these businesses, creating strategies and programs that improve sales effectiveness, align with annual priorities, and deliver measurable business results. This includes planning and executing sales initiatives, managing key partnerships, and leveraging data to make informed decisions that maximize sales outcomes. You'll work closely with sales leaders and peers across CAS to identify opportunities and collaborate on initiatives that drive growth.
