As a member of the Customer Insights, Data & Analytics (CIDA) team, the Director, Delivery, Enterprise Data & Analytics Platform Transformation is responsible for the successfully delivery of migration programs to cloud, supporting the design and execution of program strategy, governance, and reporting. A critical element of success for this role is the ability to foster trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization, a clear and concise communicator, with a consistent focus on accelerating maximum value to advance data and analytics across the Enterprise. The incumbent will have the opportunity to:

Accountabilities:
  • Support the strategy, governance, and implementation of the multi-year cloud transformation program across all geographies and business units.
  • Create delivery team structure and accountability through program management. Ensemble and manage migration initiatives execution teams, including subject matter experts and key stakeholders.
  • Responsible for establishing and managing the projects delivery integrated plans in partnership with the project delivery teams, Data Provisioning, Engineering, Infrastructure and Operational teams to deliver end to end solutions.
  • Establish and maintain the overall program roadmap and related assets, processes, methodologies, and accelerators, working closely with PMO to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Create and manage the program Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions (RAID) delivery log and help drive decision making and accountability by supporting cross functional executive and senior management forums to align on
opportunities, challenges and required actions.
  • Act as an oversight (budget, resource allocation, project progress) and where required, provide managerial support ensuring appropriate communications and stakeholder management is undertaken.
  • Proactively identify, report and escalate program issues, challenges and risks and collaborate with internal/external teams to understand business needs and facilitate agile problem solving.
  • Build strong stakeholders\' relationships, ensure that projects success and customer benefits are aligned to overall program goals and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional program stakeholders to complete planning and prioritization activities and to drive alignment across global and local roadmaps and project plans.
  • Contribute to the design, build and ongoing improvement of effective governance, project management, reporting & communications processes, templates, and tools.
  • Delivers strategic advice, options and recommendations for projects, policies, initiatives, and issues including strategy, analysis, and messaging.
  • Support and contribute to the team\'s development and dissemination of key program deliverables, collateral, reporting, and communications.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • University Degree in engineering, technology or business, (MBA an asset) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years working in a program or project management, strategy or consulting role within the financial services industry (preferred).
  • +5 Years running and delivering projects in excess of $10MM annually.
  • +5 Years in product and services management
  • Excellent project management skills and product owner mindset with outstanding track record managing large program portfolios in a highly complex and matrixed organization.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud transformation projects, cloud data platforms, cloud capabilities, technical design and architecture, an asset
  • Robust knowledge of and ability to apply business strategy, planning, and relationship management as well as evaluate and execute change activities.
  • Superior communication skills including effective storytelling and stakeholder management in an Enterprise transformation context. Spanish is an asset.
  • Tenacious problem-solving skills and an ability to work with ambiguity to advance deliverables.
  • Ability to work flexibly and prioritize in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment; resourceful and determined about getting the job done with excellent teaming skills.
  • Ability to make an impact, influence and achieve results with effective negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations within a financial services organization.
  • Ability to adapt and pivot within a team environment to changing program requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Confluence, JIRA and SharePoint skills are an asset.
