Product Strategy [Product Management & Strategy]: Provides leadership and strategic direction to the product team in the evolution of the product. Creates the product vision and strategy and manages the Product Roadmap.
Market Development [Sales & Marketing]: Supports the sales and marketing team to ensure that the brand\'s market share continues to increase by analyzing market demand for product features, supporting proposal development, product demos and short-list presentations.
Project Delivery & Support [Product Implementation]: Oversee and support multiple project teams to deliver high-quality
product implementations.
Project Support [Product Education and Delivery]: Support operations to ensure the successful implementation of the product by providing the necessary tools, documentation, customization minimization, and roadmap alignment advisory.
Product Advisory [Product Education and Organization Development]: Provides subject matter expertise and product consultations to internal teams such as project, sales, engineering, and customer support teams. This includes facilitating product training to all key stakeholders, such as end-users, professional services staff, and the onboarding workforce.
Qualifications and Technology
Must have 5+ years of experience in the Technology or Corrections industry.
Must have senior leadership experience scaling software-product organizations
Experience leading teams of varying sizes to achieve their objectives.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prefer experience using Supply Chain Systems, CRM, Human Capital Systems, Financial Systems, and Customer Help Desk Systems
Prefer expert proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
