Reporting to the Vice President of Product Management, you will work with a highly skilled cross-functional team targeted for the Wealth Management and Corporate Banking verticals. You will work towards defining, differentiating and bringing to market new cloud-based products. You are a passionate leader, who is excited about bringing products to market that effectively deliver on client expectations and improve client outcomes.

A typical workday:

  • Lead the product management team responsible for bringing to market cloud-based product offerings targeted for the Wealth Management and Corporate Banking verticals.
  • Give strategic product recommendations through your understanding of the financial services market and further differentiate our offerings.
  • Support and help run the product development life-cycle, developing functional specifications for existing and new products.
  • Support road-map planning to ensure that products remain ahead of the market, valuable to its users and commercially successful.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to support the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the underlying value proposition of our solutions.
  • Serve as the internal and external champion for your product offering, working with the sales channel, professional services and key customers.
  • Act as an Agile/Scrum product owner and develop detailed requirements and stories for the development team; ensure that product requirements are well understood by development leads.
  • Provide the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product; act as subject matter expert for appropriate product related inquiries.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors\' product offerings.
Are you what we\'re looking for?
  • Minimum 8 years in a product management role within the financial services industry, preferably in wealth management or corporate and commercial banking.
  • Experience with cloud-based product offerings which are highly configurable and continuously deliverable across a large client base.
  • A unique blend of industry knowledge, innovative thinking, a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality.
  • The focus and passion to develop an understanding of market problems, find innovative solutions for the broader market and identify how emerging technologies can help.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate your ideas and designs to cross-functional teams.
  • The ability to facilitate discussions and debate, mediate conflict, and nurture collaboration.
  • A proven ability to facilitate discussions and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Bachelors or related Business Degree.
