Director, Product - Diagnostics

, you will shape the vision and roadmap for a next-generation diagnostics experience that connects lab data, insights, and care delivery. You will define how practitioners interpret results, personalize treatment, and engage patients through connected insights that improve outcomes. This role is for a

product leader

What You'll Do

Define and evolve the long-term vision for Labs as a cornerstone of Fullscript's clinical ecosystem. Leading product development, from vendor integrations to intelligent recommendations. Partner with Engineering, Clinical Science, Data, and GTM teams to launch offerings that advance proactive care. Cultivate a high-performing team that can ship fast, think big, and learn quickly. Establish KPIs that balance growth, reliability, and patient impact. Operate as both strategist and builder, equally comfortable shaping vision and diving deep.

What You Bring

10+ years of product experience with a record of launching and scaling complex platforms. Natural storyteller who connects business strategy to value. Passion for the craft of product management, including discovery, delivery, and iteration. Ability to thrive in high-autonomy environments with big goals and open problems. Strong user experience (UX) instincts with a deep understanding of how to build intuitive, user-friendly products. Operational fluency -- you know how to scale product processes, improve team effectiveness, and bring structure to complex or ambiguous environments.

Bonus points if you have:

Background in health tech, diagnostics, or regulated data systems. Built products at the intersection of health, AI, and data-driven personalization. Experience driving monetization or new business models in healthcare tech. Care deeply about improving the patient and practitioner experience.
