Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to hire and lead a Vaccines focused national sales team, with the primary responsibility of ensuring flawless execution of brand strategies. The role requires the ability to lead, inspire and coach our field sales team in an effort to build strong, strategic, partnerships with our key external stakeholders.
This leadership role is also responsible for building field sales competencies and capabilities enabling the teams to provide unmatched patient & customer value through the creation of meaningful business relationships and by providing science-based solutions of our brands. This is accomplished through effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring, and demonstrating strong strategic and critical thinking. This role is required to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with the relevant internal stakeholders to help create and define the Oncology brand & sales strategy.
