REPORTS TO

: Senior Pastor

The Director of Worship and Communications provide spiritual, musical, and technical leadership to the areas of worship and production. This position requires a strong alignment with the vision and direction of Redemption Church. The successful candidate must have a clear understanding of our values and priorities and the ability to steward them through their leadership role. Success in this role looks like training, equipping and discipling leaders and team members particularly in the area of worship, as well as maintaining a standard of excellence in the quality and content of the worship service and other ministry responsibilities.

Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
