A strategic and relationship-driven position at the intersection of education, development, and institutional outreach ; A flexible work environment, with schedules and remote work adapted to travel and event commitments l The freedom to build and lead your recruitment strategy, with support from our team in France ; Four (4) weeks of vacation per year ; Five annual personal days ; An annual salary between $90,000 and $110,000, based on experience ; Work phone and computer provided ; Exciting travel opportunities across Canada and occasionally internationally.

Your Key Responsibilities



Analyze market trends and identify new recruitment opportunities in key regions ; Develop and implement an institutional recruitment strategy tailored to local, national and international audiences ; Build action plans by region and by program in collaboration with academic teams ; Establish and maintain partnerships with high schools, government organizations and educational consultants ; Coordinate and participate in all student recruitment activities (education fairs, school visits, conferences, etc., in Canada and abroad) ; Ensure the consistency and relevance of promotional content and campaigns, in collaboration with the marketing team in Valenciennes (France).

What Will Help You Succeed in This Role



You have 5 to 7 years of experience in student recruitment, post-secondary education, outreach, development or admissions; You are familiar with Canadian education systems, particularly in Quebec and Ontario ; You are bilingual, both spoken and written ; You are willing and available to travel regularly across Canada (and occasionally internationally), including evenings and weekends as needed for recruitment events ; While the role involves frequent travel, you understand the importance of keeping Montreal as your home base and staying actively connected to the campus, the team, and the students ; You are organized, autonomous, and comfortable working both strategically and on the ground; You believe in the potential of young people, the power of guidance, and a human-centered approach to recruitment.
