We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Director of Strategic Partnerships & Deal Strategy
to lead the performance and growth of our e-commerce platform. This individual will play a critical role in shaping our deal strategy, optimizing onsite offer placement, and managing relationships with our top-tier content partners.
You'll work cross-functionally with our operations team, analyze partner and offer performance + negotiate competitive pricing and payout structures that align with our revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute deal strategies
that align with traffic patterns, conversion trends, and content partner performance.
Monitor performance metrics
(traffic, conversion, revenue) for top partners and offers on a daily basis, identifying optimization opportunities.
Own and manage relationships
with our top 20 content partners -- maintaining constant communication to strengthen collaboration and secure exclusive or high-value offers.
Negotiate price points and payout structures
that maximize revenue while maintaining long-term partner value.
Coordinate with the Operations Manager
to ensure timely and accurate execution of all daily deals and promotional placements.
Identify trends and insights
in content performance to inform placement strategies, future promotions, and business development.
Work closely with internal teams
on calendar planning, campaign execution, and partner communications.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing, digital media, or e-commerce deal strategy.
Strong understanding of performance-based marketing, digital analytics, and monetization strategies.
Proven success in negotiating and managing partner relationships -- ideally in online entertainment, affiliate, or high-volume deal environments.
Strong analytical skills with comfort in reviewing stats dashboards, conversion funnels, and real-time performance metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -- able to build trust quickly with partners and cross-functional teams.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Experience
Background in affiliate deal structures, rev-share models, or content licensing.
Experience working with content creators, networks, or platforms.
Familiarity with CMS systems, email platforms, and digital performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics, affiliate tracking dashboards, custom reporting tools).
