The Role: Help Us Fill the Sales Pipeline



We're looking for a

hunter

--someone who loves the challenge of opening doors, building relationships, and closing deals. As a

results-driven, people-first Sales Manager

, you'll own the full sales cycle and play a key role in helping organizations simplify their scheduling and staffing challenges with the BookJane J360 Platform.

What You'll Be Doing:



Hunting for new business and driving pipeline growth Owning the full sales cycle -- prospect, present, negotiate, and close Selling the

BookJane J360 Platform

to healthcare, staffing agencies, hospitality, and other shift-based industries Building trusted relationships with decision-makers (Operations, HR, Executive teams) Running engaging product demos, strategic discussions, and solution-based sales presentations Partnering with marketing to convert warm leads into happy, long-term customers Reporting on sales pipeline, forecasting, and sharing lessons learned with the team Driving revenue growth -- and having fun doing it

What We're Looking For:



A natural

hunter

who thrives on the challenge of new business development 3+ years of B2B sales experience -- SaaS, tech, or workforce solutions preferred Confidence selling to managers, directors, and C-level executives Strong communicator who can simplify complex solutions Proven closer with a passion for relationship-building and long-term success Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Bonus:

Experience in workforce management, scheduling, healthcare, or HR tech
