The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling, coordinating, and carrying out research in various company departments, guaranteeing the continuous innovation of products and work processes.   • Examine the sustainability, architecture, functionality, and performance of electrical generating and distribution networks, electronic communications, electrical machinery and components, instrumentation and control systems, and equipment and components.
  • Create reports, design specifications, and material cost and schedule estimates for electrical and electronic systems and equipment.
  • Create electronic and electrical systems, equipment, components, and circuits.
  • Conduct micro or nanodevices simulations, characterization, process modeling and integration in the development of new electronic devices and products
  • Oversee and verify the installation, alterations, examination, and functioning of electrical and electronic apparatus and systems.
  • Provide operating and maintenance guidelines for electrical and electronic devices and systems.
  • Examine any electrical or electronic malfunctions.
  • Create contract documentation and assess construction or maintenance tenders.
  • Oversee programmers, analysts, technicians, techs, and other engineers.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. degree in engineering, computer science, Operating Systems, applied mathematics, or related technical fields.
  • Experience with Multiphysics modeling of electrochemical and electro-mechanical systems and electrochemical standard techniques such as EIS and CV.
  • 10 or more years of experience with finite element structural analysis using FEM software and experience in Linux/Windows network computer environment and familiarity with patent laws.
  • Experience in theoretical and empirical research Operating Systems.
  • Proficient in programming languages and experience with MATLAB, MATHCAD, AutoCAD, HFSS 9, COMSOL, Illustrator, C++, Python, Salome
  • Interpersonal skills, cross-group, and cross-culture collaboration.
