Expectations:

Direct the overall operations of the assigned programs;
Provide effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on mentoring and motivation of professionals;

Provide human resource supports to Program Managers; Communicate clearly and consistently;
Display initiative to get work done effectively and efficiently;

Support outcome measures for programs; Develop and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders; Initiate and model positive change; Plan, organize, develop and implement goals, outcomes and policies.

Qualifications and experience:

A post-secondary degree at the Bachelor or Masters Level in Social Work, Education, or other Human Service related field. An equivalent combination of work experience and education that is acceptable to the Board of Directors will be considered;

A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory and management role;

Experience with budget preparation and management;

Demonstrated experience in coordinating strategic and engagement-planning initiatives;

Experience and training in any of the following would be an asset: Leadership, Human Resources, Violence Threat Risk Assessment (VTRA), Occupational Health and Safety (OH & S), Trauma Informed Practice, Conflict Resolution

Valid Saskatchewan Driver's License and vehicle in good working order; A recent and clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check from RCMP.
