Who We Are:



Taiv is a fast-growing tech startup located in Winnipeg, Canada. Taiv uses AI to make business TV more fun, engaging, profitable, and easier to manage, starting with bars and restaurants. We've built proprietary tech that uses computer vision to watch live TV and improve the content with contextually-aware commercials, content, and games. Our tech also automates the manual AV tasks that venues have to do every day, to make bar management easier, standardized, and more profitable. We're venture-capital backed and graduated from Y Combinator, the world's top tech accelerator, in winter 2020. What We're Looking For:



We're looking for an individual that is passionate about sales and willing to go above and beyond to help Taiv find new restaurant partners. We need someone to generate sales via phone and be the first contact point with potential clients. The Director of Partnerships will help launch markets and sell the client's customer journey with us; signing up as many new partners as possible!

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Taiv at our early stages. We are growing quickly and there are tons of opportunities to advance within Taiv. Help us scale our partner network nationally - the opportunities are endless!

Who You Are:



You are a people person - you love meeting people and people love meeting you. You think quickly on your feet. You'd love to spend your days cold-calling, meeting and building relationships with new clients. You're a strategic thinker who takes a proactive approach with lead generation. You have a strong grasp on the fundamentals of sales and can apply these fundamentals to helping strategize your outreach strategy. You're highly organized; your calendar is always up to date and you enjoy working with spreadsheets to arrange information and lead lists. You're a solution-oriented problem solver that can answer questions about our product and offering with ease. You're a team player with a strong work ethic.

Your Qualifications:



Minimum 2 years of experience working in a customer-facing role. Sales experience strongly preferred Degree or diploma in marketing and/or sales an asset Located in Winnipeg or willing to relocate

Job Details:



Job Type: Full-time Competitive Salary Range: $35,000-40,000 CAD base salary + commission + performance bonus + stock options.
