About Renewal Development
Renewal Development is a fast-growing, innovative Vancouver-based residential construction company proving the possibilities of sustainable development.
We rescue, relocate, retrofit, and repurpose good homes from growing urban areas to non-urban communities in need of high-quality, cost-effective, climate-resilient housing.
To replicate and scale this model we have integrated four internal divisions: sustainable demolition, building lifting and relocation, home renovation, and home repurposing.
We act as a general contractor providing one streamlined service. Our mission is to maximize the preservation of good homes and good building materials while enabling a paradigm shift towards a more sustainable future.
