Executive Assistant / Director of Operations

Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):



Oversee personal appointments for the team leader, scheduling, and calendar management. Create and manage monthly budgets, working closely with the finance/brokerage department to ensure cost-effective operations. Manage agents' accountability and performance tracking. Develop and implement systems for tracking and managing ideas and planning strategic initiatives for Sales Reps, such as events and client appreciation. Lead recruiting efforts to identify and onboard new realtors. Assist and support all team members, including working closely with our Office Manager. Drive execution of the company's yearly plan, ensuring milestones and objectives are met. Plan and execute business takeovers, including mapping and logistics. Handle acquisition processes, ensuring smooth transactions and integration. Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local laws as well as company policies. Liaise with third-parties for marketing partnerships and suppliers.

Qualifications & Skills:



3+ years of proven experience in this type of role (administration, business planning, talent acquisition, etc.). Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and resource management. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Tech-savvy with a passion for AI tools and automation to enhance business efficiency and decision-making. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Ability to work collaboratively with internal team
