We're looking for a

Director of Operations

to lead our Landscape Maintenance Division. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a builder who's ready to lead people, grow systems, and scale the business.

What You'll Do

Lead all landscape maintenance operations Hire, train, schedule, and support your field teams Monitor job quality, Foreman performance, and customer satisfaction Build and maintain efficient systems (Jobber, EOS, Lean tools) Lead weekly team huddles and 1-on-1s Manage winter operations (salting/plowing) Communicate with strata councils and clients Submit monthly leadership and KPI reports
What We're Looking For

Minimum 3-5 years experience in landscape operations or field management Experience managing 15+ staff Ability to read site plans and work with commercial clients Strong leadership, accountability, and communication skills Available to work 50+ hours/week and respond during winter events

Pay: $94,800.00-$134,800.00 per year
