THE ROLEOur client, the Canadian Brewhouse, is looking for an experienced Director of Eastern Operations to join their team based out in Ontario.The Director of Eastern Operations is responsible for managing the seamless operation of multiple stores within their set region.THE COMPANYThe Canadian Brewhouse (CBH) is a one-of-a-kind national restaurant and sports bar chain. • Provide support and guidance to managers in conflict resolution, performance management, teambuilding, and much more.
• Lead, mentor, and coach managers in your region- ensure effective collaboration and attainment of key metrics and goals.
• Effectively communicate feedback and new initiatives between locations and H/O
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and development plans are in place.
• Support teams when needed - ensure guests are receiving that \'wow\' experience.
• Travel to locations within your region for support when needed.
• Review and analyze payroll reports and weekly schedules in regard to budgeting and labour analysis.
• Support store managers with sales forecasts and planning.
• Perform and prepare reports for routine audits of locations.
• Drive compliance on structures to eliminate waste and invest in growth.
• Always live by the company core values.

KEY COMPETENCIES

• 2 or more years pf multi-unit hospitality management.
• 5 or more years of experience in senior level management.
• A good understanding of financial terminology and concepts, including but not limited to; P&L, general ledger, COG\'s.
• Proven track record of developing leadership.
• Sound understanding of optimization of store operations and standards for success.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent personal organization and time management skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and develop teams remotely.
• Performance driven mind set and relentless approach to quality and standards.
