We are growing and are seeking a Director of Operations to lead and optimize our operational functions.

ROLE SUMMARY



The Director of Operations is responsible for managing procurement, inventory control, logistics, warehouse operations, customer service, and order fulfillment to maintain seamless operations. Reporting to the CEO, this role requires a hands-on, strategic leader with a strong background in distribution or supply chain environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Design, build, and execute the operational strategy, including defining key processes and driving implementation. Oversee inventory control, procurement, logistics, and fulfillment Establish and monitor KPIs for accuracy, efficiency, safety, and cost control Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams Improve workflow scalability and operational performance Implement demand planning and supply chain efficiencies Collaborate with sales and finance leadership
Develop and execute recruitment, training, and retention strategies

QUALIFICATIONS



7+ years of operational leadership (distribution, logistics, or supply chain) ERP experience required (Spire Systems preferred) Strong knowledge of warehousing, inventory, and logistics operations Proven track record in KPI management and process improvement Experience in construction or restoration is an asset Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Must be able to work onsite within the GTA Reliable transportation required Availability for operational emergencies Regular in-person attendance is essential

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $140,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Experience:

Operational: 7 years (preferred) ERP systems: 1 year (preferred) Construction/Restoration: 3 years (preferred)
Work Location: In person
