Position Overview
Paris Mirror is seeking a
hands-on and experienced Director of Operations
to join our growing team. This leadership role is integral to ensuring the seamless flow of our supply chain, warehouse management, production operations, logistics, and inventory control. You will work closely with the leadership team and report directly to the CEO, playing a critical role in operational strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and participate in daily warehouse operations, including inventory placement, organization, and movement.
Manage the full supply chain process from procurement to final delivery.
Lead production planning and coordination for LED mirrors and their components. Establish best practises.
Work with team to manage all logistics, including scheduling, shipping, and coordination with freight forwarders and carriers.
Handle customs documentation and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
Oversee the returns process, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Supervise inventory management including cycle counts, forecasting, and optimization of warehouse space.
Work cross-functionally with departments to resolve operational issues and implement best practices.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal team members.
Provide leadership and mentorship to warehouse and operations staff.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management (manufacturing or consumer goods preferred).
Hands-on experience working in a warehouse or production environment.
In-depth knowledge of freight forwarding, customs, and international logistics.
Strong understanding of production and component planning, preferably in LED or lighting products.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
Comfortable with technology and operational software systems.
Bilingual (English/French) a strong asset.

Paris Mirror recherche un(e) Directeur(trice) des Operations experimente(e) et polyvalent(e) pour diriger nos activites quotidiennes. Ce role essentiel implique une gestion complete de notre entrepot, de la chaine d'approvisionnement, de la production de miroirs a DEL, de la logistique, ainsi que des retours et de l'inventaire. Vous ferez partie de l'equipe de direction et rapporterez directement au PDG.
Responsabilites principales
Superviser et participer aux operations quotidiennes de l'entrepot : organisation, stockage et inventaire.
Gerer l'ensemble de la chaine d'approvisionnement, de l'achat a la livraison.
Planifier et coordonner la production de miroirs a DEL et de leurs composants.
Organiser et gerer la logistique, en collaboration avec les transitaires et transporteurs.
Gerer les formalites douanieres et veiller a la conformite aux reglementations.
Superviser les retours de produits en etroite collaboration avec les equipes internes.
Gerer les stocks : previsions, comptages, et optimisation de l'espace en entrepot.
Collaborer avec les differentes equipes pour resoudre les problemes operationnels.
Entretenir de solides relations avec les fournisseurs et les partenaires logistiques.
Encadrer, former et motiver l'equipe des operations.
Profil recherche
Minimum de 5 ans d'experience en operations, logistique ou gestion d'entrepot.
Experience directe dans un environnement d'entrepot ou de production.
Excellente connaissance des transports internationaux, transitaires et douanes.
Experience dans la planification de production (idealement dans l'eclairage ou produits DEL).
Excellentes competences en organisation, communication et resolution de problemes.
Capacite demontree a diriger des equipes interfonctionnelles.
A l'aise avec les systemes technologiques et logiciels de gestion.
Bilingue (anglais/francais) fortement souhaite.
