Position Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished

Director of Operations

to provide strategic leadership and operational excellence across our organization. This pivotal role is responsible for driving performance, strengthening processes, and aligning day-to-day operations with long-term business goals. The

Director of Operations

will work closely with senior leadership, department heads, and external partners to ensure operational efficiency, scalability, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of operational systems to support company objectives. Partner with senior executives, department heads, vendors, and external stakeholders to advance strategic initiatives. Analyze and interpret key performance metrics to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Drive enterprise-wide process improvements that maximize output and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and all applicable regulations. Collaborate with HR to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture that attracts and retains top talent. Partner with Sales leadership to support business development and growth opportunities. Guide the development of performance goals, KPIs, and long-term operational strategies. Contribute to financial and budget planning, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Continuously evaluate current processes and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational excellence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred). 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, with at least 5 years at a senior management or director level. Proven track record of leading large-scale operational initiatives and delivering measurable results. Exceptional leadership and team development skills with the ability to inspire and motivate. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with financial planning, budget oversight, and resource management. Demonstrated success in driving organizational growth, scalability, and operational transformation.
