We are on a bold growth trajectory, scaling from our flagship London, Ontario location into multiple high-performance offices. To do that, we need a

Director of Operations

who will own the day-to-day execution, build bulletproof systems, and help create a culture that attracts A-players and delivers a world-class patient experience.

The Role

This is a builder's role. You'll be the right hand to the CEO Dr. Sep, translating vision into daily execution, ensuring every system is dialed in, every department is accountable, and the entire practice runs like a well-oiled machine.

You will:

Build and refine systems

across all departments (clinical, admin, finance etc).

Lead, coach, and hold the team accountable

to high standards of performance.

Manage KPIs and reporting

, spotting bottlenecks and implementing solutions fast.

Streamline workflows

to maximize efficiency without sacrificing quality of care.

Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training

to ensure every new team member is an A-player fit.

Implement Systems

that prepare us for multi-location expansion. Act as the

bridge between vision and execution

, ensuring clarity, alignment, and momentum.

Who You Are

You have

3-5 years in operations leadership

, ideally in healthcare, dental, or a high-touch service industry. You have

built systems from scratch

not just managed existing ones. You have experience in

opening new offices

You are

obsessive about details and deadlines

, with a bias toward action. You have a

proven track record of scaling teams

and managing multiple departments. You thrive in

fast-paced, change-driven environments

where high standards are the norm. You have

exceptional leadership and communication skills
