Job Description

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations with at least 5 years management experience to oversee the day-to-day management of our clinic while driving business development and operational efficiency. This role is similar to an office manager but requires a strong focus on growth, process improvement, and ensuring compliance with all business procedures related to MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident), WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board), and EHB (Extended Health Benefits).

Duties

Lead and manage daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth, efficient, and patient-focused service delivery.
Oversee and support administrative staff, clinicians, and allied health professionals. Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, patient flow, and staff productivity.

Manage business procedures and compliance for MVA, WSIB, and EHB cases.
Monitor clinic performance metrics and develop initiatives to increase patient referrals and revenue growth.
Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute business development initiatives. Ensure accurate reporting, billing, and documentation practices.Foster a positive and professional work environment.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of management experience in a multidisciplinary physical rehabilitation or healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of MVA, WSIB, and EHB business procedures. Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to develop and implement business development strategies. Experience with clinical operations, billing, and compliance. Knowledge of Universal Scheduling software is considered a strong asset. Proficiency with practice management systems and MS Office Suite.
