Position Overview
The
Director of Operations
oversees all daily operations, systems, and performance within Family Realty Group's independent office. This role ensures smooth, efficient workflows; a culture of accountability; and strong operational support for agents and leadership. You will manage the team's operational structure, finances, project execution, and systems, while fostering an environment built on trust, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
This is a key leadership position for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and wants to meaningfully impact people, performance, and long-term business growth.
What You'll Do:
Leadership & Accountability
Lead daily team accountability meetings to track performance and progress.
Maintain a culture rooted in trust, respect, clarity, and professional standards.
Provide direction to agents and virtual assistants with clear expectations and deliverables.
Act as the primary operational support resource for the team.
Align all personnel and leadership matters in partnership with Christina, Team Lead.
Operational Management
Oversee smooth daily operations of the office.
Manage transaction oversight (by agent, by address) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain inventory, office supplies, and overall workspace organization.
Coordinate scheduling, communication flow, and team logistics.
Manage vendor relationships (landlord, cleaners, utilities, internet, photography, contractors, etc.).
Lead internal projects, team events, client experiences, and marketing initiatives.
Financial Oversight
Manage and monitor the team budget to support consistent profitability.
Track income/expenses, produce monthly financial summaries, and maintain bookkeeping accuracy.
Oversee payroll, invoice processing, and payment approvals within established limits.
Systems & Process Development
Build, implement, and maintain efficient systems that streamline workflow and reduce operational friction.
Create and update SOPs for all recurring administrative tasks.
Ensure seamless use of Google Workspace, CRM tools, and digital filing systems.
Identify operational gaps and propose effective process improvements.
Project & Event Coordination
Plan and execute client events, internal team events, and appreciation initiatives.
Manage timelines, budgets, logistics, and vendor coordination.
Partner with virtual assistants to oversee marketing campaigns and ensure deadlines and brand standards are met.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track agent production, lead flow, marketing output, and overall team performance.
Prepare monthly performance reports with financials, metrics, and operational updates.
Present insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Analyze trends to identify opportunities for team improvement and growth.
Decision-Making & Authority
Make independent operational decisions that improve efficiency and office function.
Approve expenses within budget and established guidelines.
Handle confidential personnel matters with discretion, clarity, and professionalism.
Uphold the highest standard of integrity and accountability in all actions.

Qualifications
3+ years of operations, office management, or leadership experience (real estate experience is an asset but not required).
Strong financial literacy (budgeting, expenses, payroll oversight).
Experience managing staff or contractors.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Event planning or project management experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
