Position Overview

ICS is hiring a seasoned clinical trial nurse to serve as the Director of Nursing, Clinical Trials & Real-World Delivery. This role oversees the full strategic planning and operational execution of the ICS nursing platform.

The position spans both distributed clinical trials (Phase I-III DCT) and post-market real-world evidence (RWE) care pathways, leading a team of nurses across virtual, home-based, and onsite settings to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

A. Nursing Organization & Quality System Management

Build and lead the ICS nursing team across clinic, home visit, and virtual care settings Establish nursing quality standards and SOP systems referencing ISO 9001, CAN/CSA-Z8000, etc. Organize adverse event (AE) monitoring, root cause analysis, and corrective action loops Implement nurse education and internal re-certification programs
B. Clinical Trial Nursing Support (Phase I-III DCT)

Interpret trial protocols and develop execution plans for nursing staff Manage consent procedures, visit scheduling, AE reporting, and adherence Liaise with CROs, sponsors, and CRAs to ensure nursing data and eSource compliance Supervise nurses performing sampling, vital monitoring, and visit documentation
C. RWE Pathway Execution

Coordinate nursing tasks based on treatment pathways (TheraPath), including POCT, symptom tracking, and education Guide nurses in CDx sampling, biomarker collection, and remote monitoring Ensure high-quality data capture to support personalized efficacy modeling Contribute to care pathway optimization with actionable nursing insights
D. Digital Platform Collaboration & Workflow Design

Work with clinical strategy and IT teams to optimize integrations with AlayaCare, FHIR, LIMS, EHR, etc. Co-develop task routing logic and automated nursing data workflows Drive interdepartmental collaboration and build ICS-wide remote care infrastructure
Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing (BN/MN) Registered Nurse (RN) license in Canada Minimum 5 years of nursing management experience, including 2+ years in clinical trials and remote care GCP certification required; ACRP/CCRP/CCRC certifications preferred Knowledge of Health Canada regulations, ICH-GCP, PIPEDA Proficiency in AlayaCare, EMR, eConsent, REDCap, LIMS, etc. Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills Bilingual in English and French required if operating in Quebec
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $107,250.00-$135,000.00 per year
