Overview:
As the Director of Marketing, you will lead all marketing initiatives, overseeing product launches, brand strategy, digital campaigns, and event planning for Demant's operations in Canada. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute strategic marketing programs for Demant's four major hearing health and diagnostics brands--Oticon, Bernafon, Philips, and Diatec--with a strong focus on B2B and B2B2C initiatives. You will be responsible for managing the marketing budget and contributing to the revenue and market share goals of the company.
This role requires a strong background in strategic marketing, leadership, and digital demand generation, along with the ability to collaborate across departments to drive business growth.
This position requires working in our North York location onsite 3 days per week. Responsibilities:
