Director of Marketing Freshslice Pizza, Canada\xe2\x80\x99s fastest-growing B.C.-based pizza by the slice chain is looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as Director of Marketing. This senior position requires an individual who has a proven past track record in motivating and directing a team of professionals to deliver an outstanding creative and innovative brand presence. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional, with a passion for the job, able to employ unique marketing techniques, be a skilled marketing strategist, and willing to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others. A minimum of five years of experience within the restaurant industry with experience in the quick-service pizza sector is considered an asset. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Oversee all of the Freshslice\'s marketing activities; this primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company\'s market presence and help it refine and determine a unique brand presence within the pizza industry that will make a competitive difference. \xc2\xb7 Have a proven track record of increasing a company\xe2\x80\x99s market share and maximizing revenues in past positions. \xc2\xb7 Direct the team in the design and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to increase awareness of the brand. \xc2\xb7 Have a complete understanding of planning and purchasing of all major media both traditional and digital. \xc2\xb7 The ability to develop and monitor approved budgets, control budgets, and allocate resources amongst projects. \xc2\xb7 Oversee a team whose responsibilities include graphic designing and digital marketing. \xc2\xb7 Possess outstanding organizational, communication skills and excellent time management. \xc2\xb7 Oversee the production of innovative valuable content for the company\xe2\x80\x99s online presence and design.
