The Director of Human Resources, reporting to the Executive Director and part of the Senior Leadership team (SLT), oversees the HR and Scheduling teams at Tabor Village. They ensure HR policies, procedures, and programs are consistently applied in line with organizational goals, standards, and legal requirements. The role involves advocating for fair employee interactions, managing all HR initiatives--including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, and labor relations--and overseeing HR staff, operations, planning, and budgeting.
