The Opportunity





We're seeking a

Director of Growth,

a senior strategic leader with a proven track record of driving rapid user growth and customer acquisition. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role owns the complete growth engine across marketing, partnerships, and performance.



You'll define and execute the strategies that expand our global footprint, boost installs and retention, and propel our products to the next level. You thrive in experimentation, data, and creative thinking--and know how to inspire teams to deliver measurable, scalable results.

What You'll Do




Own the whole growth funnel, acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across multiple consumer apps. Build and execute data-driven strategies to scale user acquisition and engagement. Lead the marketing, performance, and partnership functions, uniting brand and performance marketing into one growth-focused operation. Develop and manage high-impact partnerships that expand reach, increase installs, and open new revenue streams. Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to identify growth loops, optimize conversion funnels, and improve onboarding. Manage budgets, campaigns, and creative direction across paid, organic, affiliate, and influencer channels. Define and track KPIs such as growth rate, ROAS, CAC, retention, and conversion using insights to refine strategy. Build, coach, and mentor a small, high-performing marketing and partnerships team.


What You Bring




10+ years of experience driving growth for consumer digital products or mobile apps. Deep expertise in performance marketing, growth hacking, digital partnerships, or business development. Strong grasp of B2C growth funnels, ASO, SEO, SGE, and user acquisition ecosystems. Experience collaborating with developers, product managers, and data analysts. Hands-on experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making. A strategic and creative mindset paired with a bias for execution. A competitor's drive, you love to outpace rival apps. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams. A proven track record of measurable impact growing installs, revenue, or retention.
