About The Role





The Director of Growth & Ecommerce is responsible for leading and scaling our multi-channel growth engine across customer acquisition and retention. This role owns the full marketing funnel and drives revenue growth across Shopify and Amazon. You will set clear KPIs, establish the ecommerce and Amazon forecasts, and lead the digital marketing budget and initiatives.



In this role, you will report directly to the VP, Marketing, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and leverage agency resources. You will play a key role in scaling our business through continued optimization throughout the purchase funnel. You will oversee all digital marketing efforts (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, SEO, Email, Affiliate Channels), lead on website optimization initiatives, and oversee our retention and LTV efforts.

What You'll Do



Ecommerce & Marketplace Management




Oversee the performance, optimization, and ongoing development of the Shopify store, including site experience, conversion rate, AOV, and LTV and future optimization. Manage Amazon strategy across listings and advertising to drive incremental revenue and marketplace excellence. Own the P&L for both Shopify and Amazon, focusing on driving revenue and profitability targets.



Growth Strategy & Leadership




Develop and execute the company's direct-to-consumer growth strategy across paid social, paid search, SEO, email, and SMS. Work closely with Customer Experience, Product, Operations, Finance, and Brand to align initiatives with broader business goals. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing internal team to deliver on KPIs. Manage agency partners and contractors to ensure strong execution and collaboration.



Acquisition & Retention




Directly oversee performance marketing investments to drive efficient customer acquisition. In conjunction with agency partner, own day-to-day Paid Social execution across Meta and emerging platforms - developing, launching, and optimizing campaigns to achieve acquisition and efficiency goals. Provide leadership to team on lifecycle and retention initiatives across email and SMS to maximize customer LTV. Analyze performance across all channels and develop actionable insights to improve efficiency, scale, and overall marketing effectiveness. Drive continuous testing, iteration, and optimization across the full funnel. Partner with Brand and Creative teams to guide ad development - translating performance insights into actionable creative briefs that elevate storytelling and drive conversions.



Forecasting & Business Performance




Build and maintain accurate revenue, demand, and product-level forecasts to guide inventory planning and budgeting. Build weekly and monthly dashboards, reports, and models that turn marketing data into clear business insights. Report on KPIs, growth trends, and financial outcomes to executive leadership and capitalize on opportunities for continued growth.



What You Bring




10+ years of growth or performance marketing experience, ideally within a high growth DTC or omnichannel brand Excellent understanding of attribution methods (e.g. Triple Whale), CPA, ROAS, LTV, CRO, sensitivity modeling and A/B testing Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights that drive efficiency and growth Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for forecasting, modeling, and reporting Results-driven with a drive to deliver and exceed on business targets Have demonstrated strong business judgement and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize and articulate highest impact initiatives to senior leadership
