Key Responsibilities: We\'re searching for a highly-skilled business Finance Executive reporting directly to the company president to join our dedicated team of professionals. We are a private holding company manufacturing and supplying sophisticated equipment to large OEMs and top-tier companies in Canada and the USA through five manufacturing plants. This position can be based in Canada or USA, and we encourage USA-based candidates to apply. The person must be willing to travel and assist in implementing a standard corporate ERP system & corporate policies and help business unit executives.to manage the business profitably. The company is considering implementing a standard ERP system in all USA plants, and this position will play a key role in effective and timely implementation.

• Lead and manage the finance and administrative functions of the manufacturing company, ensuring financial efficiency, compliance, and strategic financial planning.
• Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, providing crucial insights and recommendations to the executive team.
• Manage a team of finance and administrative professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment in a manufacturing setting.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures for the manufacturing industry, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and best practices.
• Optimize the company\'s financial systems and processes, focusing on cost control, resource allocation, and inventory management.
• Experience in implementing ERP systems and effective management of margins, selling prices, and building more robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to develop and execute financial strategies in alignment with the manufacturing company\'s growth objectives.
• Play a key role in managing working capital, capital expenditure planning, and financial risk mitigation.
• Proven skills in managing collections and effective management of cash flow and investments.
• Oversee general administrative Functions, including risk management, insurance, and health benefits, workers\' compensation, Pension Plans both for Canadian and USA operations.

Qualifications:

• Professional Accounting designation, Degree in Accounting, Business Administration; or MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior financial management role, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting, focusing on manufacturing cost structures.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to manufacturing operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities specific to the challenges of manufacturing.
• Ability to align financial functions with manufacturing goals strategically.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $90,000.00-$125,000.00 per year Benefits:
